For Our Transition Year Past Pupils wishing to do a week of work experience in Scoil Mhuire please send us the following:

Guidelines for completing Vetting Invitation Form

1. Dates of the work experience week.
2. Garda Vetting form – please fill out Sections 1 and 2 and return to school.
3. As you’re under 18 years of age, your parents will need to fill out the parental consent form.
4. Statutory Declaration from for TY Students.

5. Insurance Indemnity from your school. Ask your school for this and forward to us.

These forms need to be sent to us, in hard copy, along with

1.Birth Certificate

2. Written statement by a school principal confirming attendance (on school letterhead)

3. Passport from a country of citizenship

Please note you must be over 16 years to be garda vetted

As soon as you get everything back to us, we’ll forward your Garda Vetting to the Western Province Diocesan Vetting Service. Turn around time is 2 to 3 weeks for this.
