Dear Parents and Guardians,
The holiday season is fast approaching and we are excited to invite you to a very special event at our school – ‘A Holly Jolly Week’. Festive fundraising fun to support our new school. Our students, and teachers, have been working hard in preparation for the Christmas performance week which promises to be filled with joy, music, and festive cheer. We would love for you to join us in celebrating their dedication and talent while raising funds to enhance our new school. Holly Jolly Week will run from 9th-12th December in the Halla Mór of our school.
To Purchase raffle tickets pls see Aladdin or you can purchase on the night.

Please see below the Christmas Shows timetable:

The main gates of the front yard will be closed and no parking will be available to parents in the front yard of the school. Parking will be available to parents in the rear yard of the school via the Arus Uilinn carpark. We would ask parents not to park in the Arus Uilinn carpark itself as other activities will be taking place in Arus Uilinn. Please also be aware that 2 big events will be taking place in the church on the Monday and the Wednesday nights.
As the capacity of the Halla Mór is limited, we will be running 4 distinct, separate shows per night, with a 15-minute interval between shows.
You are asked to bring your child to the FRONT DOOR of the school 30 minutes before his/her scheduled show time. You are welcome to wait outside the Halla Mór or go away and come back in time for the show. If you only have a child performing in one show on a particular night, we would be grateful if you would please leave the Halla Mór when that show is over to free up space for incoming parents. If you have other children performing in later shows on the night, you are welcome to stay and be joined by your child who has just finished performing.
Parents will enter the Halla Mór via the SIDE DOOR. The Parents Association will check tickets and admit parents at the correct times. Parents will exit the Halla Mor via the FRONT DOOR.
When a show is finished the children and their teacher will clear the stage and go back to their assigned classroom. When they are ready, children will go with their teacher to Room 12 to be collected by their parents. Children who have siblings performing in subsequent shows will be brought by a teacher from Room 12 to the Halla Mór to sit with their parents.
Please contact us at 091 555454 if you need anything.
